Q: How long will it take to get my order? A: All orders placed before 12:00 Pacific Time will be processed the same business day. In most cases your order will get to you within 3 to 5 business days, but certain orders can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that most orders will ship out UPS, who does not ship on weekends. International or back-ordered items may take slightly longer. In this event you will be notified by our staff via email.

A: In most cases, this stage will take only 1 to 2 business days but may take a little longer in rare circumstances. As a result, tracking numbers and other information may not be available until your order has a status of "Shipped". Orders with a status of "Processing" cannot be canceled unless authorized.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Tracking information and order status will be updated via email notification and can also be viewed after a order is submitted by logging in on the website with the email and password you had used on your order, and checking your order number.
Q: Do you guys ship internationally?
A: Yes we can ship to anywhere in the world! Orders outside of the domestic United States will be contacted via email after the order is placed with shipping totals. Or send us an email with your postal code, the item number and any size or color options of the items you are interested in and we will get a price quote for the international shipping. We charge only what the shipping companies charge us for international orders and do not add a handling fee. Some customs fees may apply which we have no control of.
Q: I only received part of my order.
A: Rest assured, if you have placed an order on our website, the gear you paid for will be on its way. Some orders may arrive at slightly different times depending on which warehouse they have been sent from. In this situation, please give it a few extra days to get to you before contacting us. Important: Please check your email for notifications on your order.
Q: What about Returns?
A: Retuns Policy: Email authorization is required from us for all returns. Returns are accepted on new unwashed, unsoiled, resalable items only. All tags must be attached. All items must be returned within 10 days after the item is received by the customer and authorized by KOFightSports.com. If an item is defective send us an email as soon as possible and we will get it sorted out promptly. Shipping is not refundable unless a mistake was made by us. Some returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee per our discretion.
Q: I want a certain item in a color or size that I know exists but is not listed, can I get it here?
A: Probably, just send us an email letting us know what you are
interested in.
